The 1000 Smiles project in Ocho Rios is in its second and final week! Great Shape! Inc. volunteers have served hundreds of Jamaicans in the dental clinics so far.
1000 Smiles is the world’s largest, international, humanitarian dental project. The project hasn’t had many glitches… just a little bump in the road today. A water shortage the community of Lime Hall caused a local protest, blocking all the roads. The Jamaican Police escorted the 1000 Smiles volunteers through to serve waiting families on the other side..
